Club Historian
The position of Club Historian is an appointed position (appointed by the President) and therefore is not subject to elections.
The duties of the Club Historian are:

Gather and maintain information relating to Club activities and events. Such information may include documents, photographs, memorabilia, newsletters and similar. |
• |
Display Club historical materials, when requested by Club Officers, or at times of special events or other significant opportunities. |
• |
Gather Club historical materials from Club members when offered or made available. |
• |
Develop and maintain secure storage methods to preserve and protect Club historical materials. |
• |
Maintain a list of archived materials. |
