Club Historian

The position of Club Historian is an appointed position (appointed by the President) and therefore is not subject to elections.

The duties of the Club Historian are:

•	Gather and maintain information relating to Club activities and events. Such information may include documents, photographs, memorabilia, newsletters and similar.
•	Display Club historical materials, when requested by Club Officers, or at times of special events or other significant opportunities.
•	Gather Club historical materials from Club members when offered or made available.
•	Develop and maintain secure storage methods to preserve and protect Club historical materials.
•	Maintain a list of archived materials.
