Custodian – Club Tools and Videos

The position of Custodian is an appointed position (appointed by the President) and therefore is not subject to elections.

The duties of the Custodian are:

•	Secure and maintain Club Tools and Videos
•	Maintain an accurate Tools and Videos Inventory
•	Periodically submit the Inventory to the Club Editor for inclusion in the Newsletter.
•	Maintain a check out process for all Tools and Videos, to include name of Borrower, contact information of Borrower, location of borrowed Tools or Videos while checked out or in use, intended duration of use, and other information deemed appropriate to ensure the timely return of borrowed Tools and/or Videos. (Borrowers must be paid up members of the Club.)
•	Provide an annual Inventory Update to the Officers and Board of Directors, including name of item, condition, estimated value, lost or missing items and unreturned items.
