Office of the Vice-President
The term for the Office of the Vice-President is two years.
The election for this position will occur in an even numbered year. The term of the Vice-President will commence in January of an odd numbered year.
The duties of the Office of the Vice President include:

Be present at monthly membership meetings, Officers meetings and Board of Directors meetings. |

Assume the duties and responsibilities of the President in their absence. |
• |
Accomplish planning for all special events, tours and other activities for the Club and obtain membership support. Such special events, tours and other activities will typically include, but are not limited to: |

Annual Banquet (the Vice-President will head the committee for this event.) |
• |
National Convention (in concert with the Convention Committee). |
• |
Oversee the hosting schedule for the monthly membership meetings. |
• |
Develop and regularly update an annual calendar of events, to be published on a regular basis in The Badger’s A newsletter and made available to members at monthly membership meetings. |
• |
Assign responsibilities for all signs to be used in parades and special events and solicit sponsor support. |
